Please visit our Guestbook as we are collecting stories of people's significant experiences and memories about water. All stories and memories are welcome, from favourite vacations at a secluded lake, aching legs walking through an icy stream, to saving water through a drought, or surviving a flood. Keep the stories short and true - one page or less. All languages welcome.
Collected stories will become part of a community archive - some stories will be copied onto lanterns that will float on water at the moon festival as a "water stories" installation. We will also post stories on the moon festival website if the authors grant permission. Drop off stories at the community center, Renfrew Library, or Collingwood Neighbourhood House.
